We issue refunds for all Domostic products within 3 days of the original purchase of the product.

We can accommodate an order cancellation request only in cases where the product(s) have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Please make the request to us by:

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been Shipped to you.

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.


No Hassles Returns Policy

At Stonecrafts International, we want you to be completely satisfied with each and every purchase. We believe that the creation of a bridge between consumers and world artists depends on high quality products and extraordinary customer service. If you aren’t satisfied with our products for any reason, we offer a no questions asked return policy, subject to goods being received in good undamaged condition.

Can I return a gift?

We regret that we are unable to accept returns of any gift products.



You can ask for refund if:

1) You receive the product in a damage/ tamper condition.

We request our customers to open and check the product at the time of delivery. In case there is any damage found to the product, please send an email at within 48 hours of delivery of the product along with your order number.
We will send you a replacement against the damaged product or we can issue a credit note which will be valid for one year. We will bear the cost of sending you a replacement and getting the damaged product picked up from your place.

2) If you did not like the product.

Please send us an email at info@ within 48 hours of delivery of the product along with your order number.
We do not accept returns for bulk orders as well which are greater than INR 50,000. We accept returns only if the product shown on the website is not as per the specifications.
We will issue a credit note for the equivalent amount which will be valid for one year.
1) The cost of sending the shipment to us would be borne by you or If you want, we can get the product
picked up from your place and can deduct the charges and can issue the credit note of the balance amount.
2) The product has to be packed properly so that it reaches us safely in both the cases (if you are taking care of the delivery or we are taking care of the delivery), then only a credit note would be issued to you.
The product will be dispatched once we will receive the returned product.
